What is a man's goal in life?
I wonder.
I, personally, like variety and by default I have worked many jobs, while often men have spent their entire working lives, unsatisfied in a job they hate, or is just dull.
I wonder.
It seems I have always observed a simple cyclical form of existence, I find a job, work it until I get good at it, quit, find a job.
I wonder.
There must be something to say for the individuality, of donning a very nice suit with a very white shirt and a very nice tie, getting on the train in order to arrive at the office by nine, work the day with one half hour for lunch, only to get back on the train to arrive home in time for supper, 2 (only) cocktails, and make ready for bed.
I wonder.
But there will come a time, called 'vacation' where a man can do whatever he pleases all day long, but, wait, wait, isn't that what I do for a living, being on vacation all my life and he's acting like me, or me like him?!?!?
If I live to be a hundred, with no answer to my wonderment, I'll probably still…wonder.
